Law firm Kenneth B. Moll filed a lawsuit Friday asking Ford Motor to recall all of the 23 million cars and trucks equipped with allegedly faulty ignition modules that can cause vehicles to stall. On Wednesday, Judge Michael Ballachey ordered Ford to recall up to 2 million of the vehicles in California. In the first vehicle recall issued by a judge, Ballachey said Ford misled consumers about a design defect. Ford shares closed Friday up $2 at $25.38.
