Kenneth B. Moll, and his firm Kenneth B. Moll & Associates, have enjoyed great professional success in numerous class action matters of national prominence. Specifically, the firm was appointed co-lead counsel for the Illinois statewide breast implant litigation, and his firm filed a class action lawsuit against the tobacco industry.
