Kenneth Moll practices law as a senior associate at McDowell and Colantoni, Ltd., where he recently obtained a jury verdict of more than $300,000 in a case of first impression under the Dram Shop Act. In conjunction with his election as chairman of the Breast Implant Litigation Group, he has appeared on the MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour and the Aaron Freeman Show. Ken also has authored several Dram Shop liability articles which were published in the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
